Store Policies

Excel On Line Store offers the following Returns Policy:

RETURNS ACCEPTED Item must be returned within 30 days once delivered.

(1) ITEM acceptable: unopened or opened with all original materials. Item and packaging in EXCELLENT conditions.
(2) Customer must request an RMA (Return of material authorization) before returning ITEM to receive specific instructions and authorization to return item to CATALINA at logistics@excelamerica.com.
(3) Returning SHIPPING,HANDLING AND INSURANCE costs: buyer pays
(4) REFUND = sale price (will not include shipping or handling costs), once item is received at warehouse refund will be sent to your paypal email address.

(5) RESTOCKING FEE 12% of Item cost unless it is warranty issue
