Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order to view status. You will first get an order confirmation email. Then a second email once the item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice, you can view shipping costs before confirming your order by putting your zip code and clicking ahead to checkout.

Q: Are you also a  Brick and Mortar Store:

A: Yes, our physical warehouse is located in sunny Miami Florida, where we sell all over the world online and over the counter.
